In reference to Kevin Trudeau's book that I had posted about earlier, I wanted to warn anyone who considered reading it that the author does think that Dianetics plays a part in being a healthy individual. I was more than a little shocked to read this, considering there is a lot of information in the book that I have learned while getting my body back into good health.

The difference is, that I went to a trained naturopathic doctor who has helped me immensely.

The thing that worries me the most is that those critics of Mr. Trudeau's book may use this to discredit the alternate healthcare providers out there. That is truly a shame!

The concept of eating healthy, organic foods, getting enough exercise and enough proper rest, and taking the time to breathe deeply and take care of our spiritual side has been around for a long time, I know. However, in today's stress-laden, frenetic lifestyle many of us have lost touch with that. I don't think there is anything wrong with "re-educating" people to take care of themselves.

I strongly believe that, as Kevin Trudeau and many others say, that if we keep our bodies healthy, limit the toxins that are present in modern society (and thus, that have invaded each and every one of us) and keep our stress levels manageable, then we will have immune systems that are able to fight off disease. And, I believe that can be true for cancer too.

Anyway, I don't want to go on about this for too long. I am not creating a new infomercial for you. I just want to ensure that people won't use people like Mr. Trudeau to discredit what many naturopathic health professionals have been saying for quite a while. It' does work and I am an example of that.
